bsurance is excited to welcome the newest addition to the team – Cisela Klahr, Business Development Manager of bsurance, bringing over thirteen years of experience working in Business Development. Here is everything you need to know about her.
Career and background
Cisela was born and raised in Sweden and started her career more than thirteen years ago in the Partner Manager role at Microsoft Austria, in Vienna. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and International Marketing from Mälardalen University.
Prior to joining bsurance, Cisela held a series of Project, Account Manager, Product Manager, and Business Manager roles within the software industry. Until May 2021, Cisela worked in the Partner Manager role at RUBICON, an IT service company, managing the Lost and Found Rollout Projects in the DACH region.
Early life and Hobbies
Interestingly, Cisela´s passion for technology started more than twenty years ago, when she joined high school ABB Industrigymnasium, where technology is a cornerstone and a fundamental part of the study program. The school offers a wide range of Technological Design and Science courses, from Production Equipment, Mechatronics to even Robotics!
When it comes to fun facts, traveling is one of Cisela’s passions. Questioned about one of the most memorable travel experiences, she mentions the adventurous backpacking trip in Asia, exploring every corner of the continent, and the fantastic amount of beauty and entertainment of this massive, diverse region.
Besides her dynamic career at Business Development, in her free time, Cisela enjoys knitting, comparing it with meditation and a crafty way to relax. And, starting the Year 2021, one of Cisela’s resolutions is to re-start running, escaping the city noise, and enjoying the beautiful city outskirts!
Lastly, as we might know, the secret of successful people is often conveyed by their words. Questioned what quote Cisela lives by, she refers to Kenzie Hawkins motto:
“Live life today. Because you never know what may happen tomorrow”, affirming the importance of positivity and passion for day-to-day work life.

The former Partner Manager at RUBICON will be responsible for further business growth in DACH and Nordic regions starting from the beginning of June. Apart from mentioned above, Cisela will play a decisive role in bsurance customer-base expansion in the Scandinavian and German-speaking areas.
