How is digitalisation changing bancassurance?
bsurance had the pleasure of welcoming guest speakers from Exton Consulting and TeamBank to join us for our third webinar.
Together, we shared our respective views on digitalisation in bancassurance and discussed whether there is a gap between banks and insurers, what developments we are observing in developed markets, how consumer expectations and customer focus are changing and what learnings and opportunities COVID-19 has to offer.
